I have been helping people reduce stress, release pain and get (re)acquainted with their bodies since the mid 90’s. My first love is massage.

I have been active in the massage community since 1999 when, as president of the local Austin Chapter and ByLaws Chair of the Texas State Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association, I first began teaching business in the massage program at The Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage. I went on to teach several subjects there, including massage technique and healing work with the science of hydrotherapy. Since 2006 I have been regularly teaching Business, Fundamentals, Health & Hygiene (Sanitation) and Pathology (the study of disease) in the Health Care Professions Department at Austin Community College. I also have a unique holistic private practice in my cat friendly home in South Austin.

The stress of living in today’s environmentally, financially and emotionally complicated world can lead to many pressures on the body systems, resulting in:
- Lowered immune system
- Allergies
- Chronic pain
- Low performance and poor focus
- Emotional ups and downs such as depression and anxiety
Having a massage with me is a holistic experience. With my 25 plus years of body education and massage therapy experience combined with my training as a neuro coach, I am able to get a clear picture of what’s happening in your body and how it relates to your daily living, habits and thinking. I then design a session that will bring you the ability to successfully resolve your challenge and allow the body to bring itself back into balance*.
